4.1 To create an account to use our website you will need to be a mortgage industry professional working under an FCA number or there may be occasions where we need an authority from a person of a senior nature working in your organisation to create an administrators account which will then authorise them to have rights and responsibilities set out in the remainder of section four. 4.2 The administrator will be able to approve, alter, edit and disable your account using their discretion without consulting with you and we will not be liable to you if we act on any such authorisation from the administrator. 4.3 The administrator must give their permission before you can use your account and we may need the administrator’s consent in order for you to continue accessing your account, or to vary your user rights or to continue using our services. 4.4 The administrator must indemnify us against loss, claim or liability that we may incur or suffer as a result of any action or inaction of the administrator. 4.5 The following paragraphs of section 4 that relate to accounts shall also apply to administrator accounts and we shall be entitled to enforce and apply the following paragraphs against administrators as though each reference to an account is a reference to an administrator account.

If the account holder has not been in breach of these terms and we refuse to re-instate the account, any remaining subscription paid will be refunded on a pro-rata basis 4.11 We reserve the right to refuse to register an account or any person as the holder or user of an account.
5. Subscriptions
5.1 Our normal subscription period is either a monthly or annual period unless we have agreed different terms and we will give at least one month’s notice if we plan to increase any such subscription fees. 5.2 Unless you have terminated your subscription, ongoing subscriptions shall automatically renew at the end of each subscription period for the same term and at the rates that may apply at the time of the renewal. 5.3 If you wish to cancel an annual subscription, we ask that you give us three months notice 5.4 If you cancel a monthly or an annual subscription, you will not be entitled to any refund if a subscription is cancelled early, though at our discretion we may do so. 5.5 Please be aware that where we offer any free subscription period, this will be limited strictly in accordance with its terms and will only continue for the period specified. 5.6 A subscription purchased by you is a contractual offer you are making to us that we may or may not accept. If we accept your subscription we will confirm our acceptance by email and the legally binding contract between us and you will begin. 5.7 We will ask that you set up a direct debit payment for subscriptions which fall due from the date the contract between you and us begins.
